ข้อตกลงนี้เป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างคุณ (ผู้เล่น) กับผู้พัฒนาและผู้ให้บริการเกม After Class ("เรา" หรือ "ทีมงาน") การสมัครสมาชิกหรือการเล่นเกมถือว่าคุณได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ถ้าไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาอย่าใช้บริการ

1. คำที่ใช้ในข้อตกลงนี้

• บริการ หมายถึง เกม เว็บไซต์ afterclass-online.com เซิร์ฟเวอร์ และทุกสิ่งที่เราให้บริการภายใต้ชื่อ After Class
• ของในเกม หมายถึง เงินในเกม (บาท) ไอเทม ของสวมใส่ ชุดแฟชั่น ตัวละคร ของรางวัล และสิ่งอื่นที่ใช้ได้ภายในเกม
• บัญชี หมายถึง บัญชีผู้เล่นที่สมัครด้วยชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่าน รวมถึงตัวละคร เซฟ และของในเกมทั้งหมดในบัญชีนั้น

2. บัญชี

• หนึ่งบัญชีต่อหนึ่งคน ข้อมูลที่ใช้สมัครต้องเป็นของคุณเอง
• ช่วงทดสอบแบบปิด (Close Beta) สมัครได้เฉพาะผู้ที่มีรหัสเชิญ รหัสเชิญเป็นของผู้ที่ได้รับเชิญ ห้ามซื้อขาย
• คุณมีหน้าที่ดูแลรหัสผ่านและอุปกรณ์ที่เข้าสู่ระบบไว้ให้ปลอดภัย การกระทำทั้งหมดที่เกิดในบัญชีของคุณถือเป็นการกระทำของคุณ เว้นแต่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของระบบเรา ถ้าสงสัยว่ามีผู้อื่นเข้าบัญชี ให้แจ้งเราทันที
• ห้ามซื้อ ขาย ให้เช่า ให้ยืม แลก หรือโอนบัญชีหรือของในเกมให้ผู้อื่น และห้ามซื้อขายของในเกมนอกเกมด้วยเงินจริง บัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืนอาจถูกระงับ และเราไม่ช่วยเหลือข้อพิพาทที่เกิดจากการซื้อขายนอกเกม
• ชื่อผู้ใช้และชื่อตัวละครต้องไม่หยาบคาย ดูหมิ่น เหยียด ลามก ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น หรือแอบอ้างเป็นผู้อื่นหรือทีมงาน เราเปลี่ยนหรือปฏิเสธชื่อที่ไม่เหมาะสมได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
• ผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ (ผู้เยาว์ตามกฎหมายไทย) ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนสมัคร
• บัญชีที่ไม่ได้เข้าเล่นติดต่อกันนานกว่า 2 ปี เราอาจลบได้หลังแจ้งในเกมล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน

3. กติกาการเล่น

ห้ามทำสิ่งต่อไปนี้:

• โกง แก้เซฟ แก้หรือดัดแปลงโค้ดของเกม ดักหรือปลอมข้อมูลที่ส่งระหว่างเกมกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ใช้โปรแกรมช่วยเล่น บอต มาโคร หรือสคริปต์ที่เล่นแทนคน
• ใช้บั๊กหรือช่องโหว่หาประโยชน์ เมื่อพบต้องแจ้งเรา ของที่ได้จากบั๊กเราจะเอาคืน ผู้ที่แจ้งบั๊กโดยสุจริตจะไม่ถูกลงโทษ
• สร้างหลายบัญชีเพื่อเก็บของรางวัลหรือกิจกรรมซ้ำ
• รบกวน โจมตี ส่งคำขอปริมาณมาก หรือพยายามเข้าถึงเซิร์ฟเวอร์ บัญชีของผู้อื่น หรือส่วนของระบบที่ไม่ได้เปิดให้ใช้
• แจ้งรายงานเท็จ ใส่ร้ายผู้เล่นอื่น หรือส่งข้อความที่หยาบคาย คุกคาม หรือผิดกฎหมายถึงผู้เล่นหรือทีมงาน ทั้งในแชทและช่องทางอื่น
• ทำสิ่งใดที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือใช้บริการเพื่อการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากเรา

4. การตรวจสอบและการลงโทษ

• เพื่อความยุติธรรม เซิร์ฟเวอร์ตรวจหาความผิดปกติโดยอัตโนมัติ (เช่น เลเวลหรือเงินเพิ่มเร็วผิดปกติ หรือคำขอถี่ผิดปกติ) และบันทึกเหตุการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัยไว้ ทีมงานจะตรวจบันทึกด้วยตนเองก่อนระงับหรือปิดบัญชีทุกครั้ง
• เมื่อพบการฝ่าฝืนข้อตกลง เราอาจทำอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือหลายอย่าง ตามความร้ายแรง: ตักเตือน เอาของที่ได้มาโดยมิชอบคืน ปรับหรือย้อนเซฟ เปลี่ยนชื่อ ระงับบัญชีชั่วคราว หรือปิดบัญชีถาวร
• ผู้ที่ถูกระงับจะเห็นเหตุผลและระยะเวลาเมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบ ถ้าคิดว่าเป็นความผิดพลาด ส่งรายงานในเกมหรืออีเมลถึงเราภายใน 30 วัน เราจะตรวจซ้ำและตอบกลับ
• บัญชีที่ถูกระงับหรือปิดเพราะฝ่าฝืนข้อตกลง ไม่มีสิทธิ์ได้รับค่าชดเชยหรือของในเกมที่เสียไปจากการระงับ

5. ของในเกม

• ของในเกมทั้งหมดเป็นสิทธิ์ใช้งานแบบจำกัดภายในเกมที่เราให้แก่คุณ ไม่ใช่เงิน ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สินของคุณ ไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงิน แลกคืนเป็นเงินไม่ได้ และโอนให้บัญชีอื่นไม่ได้ (นอกจากการแลกเปลี่ยนภายในเกมที่เกมเปิดให้ทำ)
• ขณะนี้เกมไม่มีการขายสิ่งใดด้วยเงินจริง ถ้าเปิดให้ซื้อในอนาคต เราจะเพิ่มเงื่อนไขการซื้อในข้อตกลงนี้และแจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อนเริ่มขาย
• ถ้าของในเกมเพิ่มขึ้นผิดพลาดอย่างเห็นได้ชัดเพราะระบบ เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์เอาส่วนที่เกินคืน

6. ของรางวัล รหัสเชิญ และกิจกรรม

• ของรางวัล จดหมายจากทีมงาน รหัสเชิญ และกิจกรรม (เช่น ช่วงได้ EXP เพิ่ม) เป็นสิ่งที่เราให้ฟรี เรากำหนด เปลี่ยน หรือยกเลิกเงื่อนไขได้
• ของรางวัลที่ได้มาจากการโกง ใช้หลายบัญชี หรือได้ผิดพลาด เราเอาคืนได้

7. ช่วงทดสอบ การเปลี่ยนแปลง และการปิดเกม

• ช่วง Close Beta เป็นการทดสอบ ข้อมูลตัวละครและของในเกมอาจถูกปรับ รีเซ็ต หรือลบเมื่อสิ้นสุดการทดสอบ เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าในเกมก่อนรีเซ็ต
• เกมเป็นบริการที่พัฒนาต่อเนื่อง เราปรับสมดุล แก้ไข เพิ่ม หรือเอาเนื้อหาออกได้ รวมถึงความสามารถ ค่าพลัง และอัตราการได้ของ การเปลี่ยนแปลงเหล่านี้ไม่ถือเป็นเหตุให้ขอค่าชดเชย
• เราอาจปิดปรับปรุงเป็นช่วงๆ และอาจชดเชยด้วยของในเกมตามที่เห็นสมควร
• ถ้าจะหยุดให้บริการถาวร เราจะแจ้งในเกมล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน เมื่อบริการปิด สิทธิ์ใช้ของในเกมทั้งหมดสิ้นสุดลง

8. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

• เกม ภาพ เสียง ดนตรี ตัวละคร เนื้อเรื่อง ชื่อ โลโก้ และโค้ด เป็นของเราหรือผู้ที่อนุญาตให้เราใช้ เราให้สิทธิ์คุณเล่นเกมเพื่อความบันเทิงส่วนตัวที่ไม่ใช่การค้า ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง แยกส่วนหรือถอดรหัสโค้ด หรือนำไปใช้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• คุณถ่ายภาพหน้าจอ อัดคลิป และสตรีมการเล่นได้ (รวมถึงช่องที่มีรายได้) โดยต้องไม่ทำให้เข้าใจผิดว่าเป็นทีมงานหรือผลงานทางการของเรา และต้องไม่เปิดเผยรหัสเชิญหรือเนื้อหาที่เราขอให้เก็บเป็นความลับช่วงทดสอบ
• ชื่อผู้เล่น ข้อความในรายงาน และข้อเสนอแนะที่คุณส่งมา คุณอนุญาตให้เราใช้ แก้ไข และนำไปพัฒนาเกมได้โดยไม่มีค่าตอบแทน

9. การรับประกันและความรับผิด

• บริการให้ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่และเท่าที่ให้บริการได้ เราไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดหรือไม่หยุดชะงัก เราสำรองข้อมูลเป็นประจำทุกวัน แต่ถ้าข้อมูลเสียหาย เราอาจกู้จากสำเนาล่าสุดที่มี ซึ่งความคืบหน้าบางส่วนอาจหายไป
• เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่ต้องรับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายพิเศษ การสูญเสียข้อมูล ของในเกม กำไร หรือโอกาส ที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือใช้บริการไม่ได้
• ข้อจำกัดนี้ไม่ใช้กับความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการกระทำโดยจงใจหรือประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรงของเรา หรือกรณีที่กฎหมายห้ามจำกัดความรับผิด
• เราไม่ต้องรับผิดเมื่อบริการขัดข้องจากเหตุที่อยู่นอกการควบคุม เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ ไฟฟ้าหรืออินเทอร์เน็ตขัดข้อง การโจมตีทางไซเบอร์ หรือความขัดข้องของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (เช่น Cloudflare หรือ Vultr)
• ถ้าคุณฝ่าฝืนข้อตกลงนี้และทำให้เราเสียหาย หรือถูกบุคคลอื่นเรียกร้อง คุณต้องรับผิดชดใช้ความเสียหายนั้น

10. การยกเลิก

• คุณเลิกใช้บริการได้ทุกเมื่อ และลบบัญชีได้เองในเกม (เมนู › ตั้งค่า › ลบบัญชี) การลบบัญชีถาวรและกู้คืนไม่ได้
• เรายุติการให้บริการแก่บัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อตกลงนี้ได้ตามข้อ 4

11. การเปลี่ยนข้อตกลง

เราอาจแก้ข้อตกลงนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยแก้วันที่ของฉบับด้านบน การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญจะแจ้งในเกมล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วันก่อนมีผล (เว้นแต่เป็นการแก้ตามกฎหมายหรือเพื่อความปลอดภัย ซึ่งมีผลทันที) การเล่นต่อหลังข้อตกลงใหม่มีผล ถือว่ายอมรับข้อตกลงใหม่

12. ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

• ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทให้พยายามตกลงกันก่อนโดยติดต่อเรา ถ้าตกลงไม่ได้ ให้ศาลไทยเป็นผู้พิจารณา
• ถ้าข้อใดในข้อตกลงนี้ใช้บังคับไม่ได้ ข้ออื่นยังมีผลต่อไป
• การที่เราไม่ใช้สิทธิ์ตามข้อตกลงนี้ในครั้งใด ไม่ถือว่าเราสละสิทธิ์นั้น
• เราแจ้งเรื่องต่างๆ แก่คุณได้ทางประกาศในเกมหรือจดหมายในเกม
• ข้อตกลงนี้มีทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ถ้าความหมายต่างกัน ให้ใช้ภาษาไทยเป็นหลัก
• สิทธิ์ของคุณตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคที่ตกลงยกเว้นไม่ได้ ยังคงมีอยู่ตามกฎหมาย

Terms of Use

After Class · version of 7 November 2026. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version prevails.

These terms are an agreement between you (the player) and the developer and operator of After Class ("we" or "the team"). By signing up or playing you confirm you have read, understood and accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. Definitions

• Service: the game, the website afterclass-online.com, the servers and everything we provide under the name After Class.
• In-game items: in-game money (baht), items, gear, fashion outfits, characters, rewards and anything else usable in the game.
• Account: your player account signed up with a username and password, including its characters, saves and in-game items.

2. Accounts

• One account per person, signed up with your own details.
• During the closed beta only people with an invitation code can sign up. Invitation codes belong to the people invited and must not be sold.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and signed-in devices safe. Everything done in your account counts as done by you, unless it is caused by a fault in our system. If you think someone else got in, tell us at once.
• Do not buy, sell, rent, lend, trade or transfer accounts or in-game items, or trade them for real money outside the game. Such accounts may be suspended, and we do not help with disputes from trading outside the game.
• Usernames and character names must not be rude, insulting, hateful, obscene, unlawful, infringe others' rights, or pretend to be someone else or the team. We may change or refuse unsuitable names without notice.
• Anyone under 20 (a minor under Thai law) needs a parent's or guardian's consent before signing up.
• Accounts not played for more than 2 years may be deleted after at least 30 days' notice in the game.

3. Rules of play

Do not:

• cheat, edit saves, modify the game's code, intercept or forge data between the game and the server, or use helper programs, bots, macros or scripts that play for you;
• exploit bugs; report them instead. Items gained from bugs will be removed. Reporting a bug in good faith is never punished;
• create several accounts to collect rewards or events more than once;
• disrupt, attack, flood, or try to reach servers, other players' accounts or parts of the system not open to you;
• file false reports, smear other players, or send rude, threatening or unlawful messages to players or the team, in chat or anywhere else;
• do anything unlawful, or use the service commercially without our written permission.

4. Monitoring and penalties

• For fairness, the server automatically checks for anomalies (such as levels or money rising impossibly fast, or floods of requests) and keeps a security log. A person reviews the records before any suspension or closure.
• For a breach we may, depending on severity: warn, remove wrongly gained items, adjust or roll back saves, rename, suspend temporarily, or close the account permanently.
• Suspended players see the reason and duration when they sign in. If you think it is a mistake, send an in-game report or email us within 30 days and we will review it.
• Accounts suspended or closed for breaking these terms get no compensation for anything lost because of it.

5. In-game items

• All in-game items are a limited licence to use inside the game. They are not money or your property, have no cash value, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred to another account (except through trading the game itself offers).
• The game currently sells nothing for real money. If purchases are added later, we will add purchase terms here and announce them before sales begin.
• If items are clearly added by mistake through a system fault, we may remove the excess.

6. Rewards, invitation codes and events

• Rewards, letters from the team, invitation codes and events (such as bonus EXP periods) are given free; we may set, change or cancel their conditions.
• Rewards gained by cheating, multiple accounts or mistakes may be taken back.

7. Testing, changes and closure

• The closed beta is a test. Characters and items may be adjusted, reset or deleted when it ends; we will announce any reset in the game beforehand.
• The game is developed continuously. We may rebalance, fix, add or remove content, including abilities, stats and drop rates. These changes are not grounds for compensation.
• We may take the service down for maintenance from time to time and may compensate with in-game items as we see fit.
• If we stop the service permanently, we will announce it in the game at least 30 days ahead. When the service closes, all rights to in-game items end.

8. Intellectual property

• The game, art, sound, music, characters, story, names, logo and code belong to us or our licensors. You may play for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not copy, modify, decompile or otherwise use them without permission.
• You may take screenshots, record clips and stream your play (including on monetised channels), as long as you do not suggest you are the team or that it is official, and you do not reveal invitation codes or anything we ask to keep confidential during testing.
• You allow us to use, edit and build on player names, report text and feedback you send, without payment.

9. Warranty and liability

• The service is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We back up data every day, but if data is damaged we may restore the latest copy, and some progress may be lost.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or special damage, or loss of data, in-game items, profit or opportunity, arising from using or being unable to use the service.
• This limit does not apply to damage caused by our intentional act or gross negligence, or where the law forbids limiting liability.
• We are not liable for outages beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power or internet failures, cyber attacks, or failures of outside providers (such as Cloudflare or Vultr).
• If you break these terms and cause us loss, or a third party makes a claim, you must compensate that loss.

10. Ending

• You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself in the game (Menu › Settings › Delete account). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• We may end the service for accounts that break these terms, as in section 4.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and change the version date above. Important changes will be announced in the game at least 7 days before they take effect (except changes required by law or for security, which apply immediately). Playing after new terms take effect means you accept them.

12. General

• These terms are governed by Thai law. Please try to settle any dispute with us first; otherwise Thai courts decide.
• If any part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• Not using a right under these terms does not waive it.
• We may notify you through in-game announcements or letters.
• These terms exist in Thai and English; if they differ, the Thai version prevails.
• Consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by agreement remain.
